The room was roomy and spotless, with a tiled shower in the clean bathroom. It has a modern cabin feel, pine details, and photos showing local history. Doug and Mary were so welcoming and kind, and there’s even a bookstore right beside the Amble Inn. Coffee was ready to brew, perfect for those pretty Medora mornings. If you're passing through town or heading to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, I'd stay here. I’d give the place six stars if I could.

Medora was a fun stop even though this was a working vacation. After the long drive from Rapid City, SD, we were glad to find that our hosts and everything at The Amble Inn exceeded what we expected. I liked the western decor, and the room felt fresh, with everything seeming new.

The western theme is really cute, and the bookstore was great. Our room was huge, the bed was super comfy, and we didn’t run into any problems. If we make it back to Medora, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Mary and Doug found me a clean, comfortable basement room after I had trouble getting a campsite at Theodore Roosevelt National Park at the last minute. I asked at 1am, and they still accommodated me. There was a couch, TV, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a second room with four bunk beds. I’d absolutely stay again.

We’d been on the road for a few days, and nowhere else came close to this place for comfort, especially at this price. The rooms are exceedingly clean and very well cared for. Mary and Doug were helpful and knew their stuff. I loved our stay. I’d call and book directly with them, and if I could give more than five stars, I would.
