The area around the whole building was well lit and had cameras, which was a plus for me. The staff were very polite, and you could smell cleaning products as soon as you walked in. Our room was clean, with clean sheets and towels. They could shampoo the couch, but for the most part it was great. After checkout, I realized I'd left something behind. I went back and my stuff was still there, which says a lot these days. That's integrity, in my opinion. I first stayed about four days ago and plan to come back.

I booked one night, picked up the key, and went out for food. When I got back, I checked under the mattress as I usually do for bed bugs and found a knife underneath. I reported it at the front desk and asked for a refund, but the man there was extremely rude. He said he could only offer another room because I'd had the key for a few hours. It's a knife, seriously. I've never experienced anything like this. Stay away.

It's not bad, and they seem to be working on improvements. Breakfast is available now, and they just opened a pretty nice new pool. They recently started asking for a $50 cash deposit, which isn't great, though I understand it. They really don't want guests to have visitors and will send people away without hesitation. As long as you mind your business and don't cause problems, it's straight.
