The carpet and sheets were stained, and I found a few spiders under the bedsheets. This place is nasty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. We left after half an hour, but they rudely refused to refund us, so we lost our money. Avoid it, it’s disgusting.

The internet is awful, the place smells, and the beds are hard. Staff weren’t friendly, and the walls, carpets, and bathrooms were nasty. I asked to move rooms and looked at three, but they were all in bad shape. They really need to hire someone to properly clean the rooms. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great prices, and they’re willing to work with you. The customer service was very good.

The tub was sitting full of soapy water when I arrived, and the towels smelled bad. The sheets were dirty and had holes, while the heater took too long to kick in. You all need housekeepers to handle this. Very disappointing.
