The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony, though there was no microwave. Breakfast isn't included, which is pretty normal for Courtyard, and the check-in itself was fine. The shuttle is the real problem. It only runs once an hour, and twice now it has left before the scheduled time and without me. The first time, the person at check-in admitted my pickup had been recorded for the wrong time, even though I'd called twice to confirm. I gave it another chance, came down 3-5 minutes early, and still found the shuttle gone. Nobody apologized, despite the clock showing it had left early. Other hotels check the list or call your room if you're not there. Here, nobody even says you need to come down before the departure time. I travel to the area for work, stay at a lot of nearby properties, and I'm Titanium, so I know what to expect. I'd stayed here before and had a bad run-in with a manager who no longer works there, but decided to try again because the Fairfield places in Bloomington and Mendota cost a little more that night. There are some okay things about the property, but the basics keep falling short. Paying the extra $16 for Lyft would have been worth staying at another Bonvoy property.

We did park and fly, and while we waited at 4 am the desk concierge even got us Starbucks. The airport driver was really nice and had plenty of funny stories. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating, too. Nice hotel, comfortable beds, and a great rate. We'd definitely come back.

Breakfast was really good, and the people working in the food area were amazing. Housekeeping was friendly and pleasant as well. The front desk, though, was rude and unpleasant, and the rest of the staff came across as very lazy. The rooms felt outdated and dirty. The sheets and towels didn't seem dirty, but the carpet, blinds, and furniture looked and smelled that way. Whoever hires the kitchen team should handle the front desk hiring too.

We've stayed at this hotel quite a few times because it's near my in-laws, but on day two I found a ticket on my car. Apparently overnight parking now costs $10, even for guests staying there. That's unacceptable. The toilet and shower area is tiny, like a closet, and the bedding and pillows aren't comfortable. We're never staying here again.

I've stayed here many times over the past few years. This time I woke up to a parking ticket, and nobody had told me at check-in that the policy had changed. Only afterward did I learn parking in their lot is now $10 a day. As a Platinum member, I expected them to mention it when I arrived. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in years of traveling, and I won't be back.
