Ahmed made my 2 yr old daughter's day with a teddy bear, and he also upgraded our room at no charge. Everyone was kind and looked after us from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby treats were such a nice little extra, and we really enjoyed the hotel restaurant. In the room, there was plenty of space and it was comfortable, with a couch and desk that worked well for dining and getting some work done. I also appreciated the bathroom's two sinks, and the heating worked perfectly. I’d happily come back after such a pleasant stay. I just wish there were a more casual, affordable place to eat alongside the fine-dining restaurant.

The Stanford Park Hotel has felt like my home away from home for the past three years, and I just finished another 17-night stay. The grounds are lush and peaceful, with a tucked-away pool, and the location is hard to beat. I love the classically decorated rooms, too. What makes it feel so welcoming is the team: Crystal in management, Ahmed, CC and the other front desk staff, plus the restaurant, housekeeping and bell service teams. They make you feel at home, not just looked after. I used to stay at the Four Seasons Palo Alto, but it felt a little too corporate, and the traffic made the Mandarin Oriental in SF a dealbreaker.

Stanford has become a second home for us since my husband has health issues and we come here often. This is the only hotel we stay at. Ahmet at the front desk has gone above and beyond each time, even making my husband a little birthday cake on the spot. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed at, with the best service. Thank you all so much.

Our Event Team has brought high-level executive attendees to the Stanford Park Hotel several times, and each visit has been excellent. The hotel's grounds are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the interior decor feels lovely. We enjoy the food and restaurant ambience, along with the warm, elegant feel and helpful service. I haven't used the meeting space myself, but it looks very nice and seems suited to groups of different sizes and occasions. Our guest and I always enjoy staying here. I'm looking forward to coming back in Spring 2026 and working with Lauren Embry, Senior Events Services Manager, and the kind hotel staff. For pleasure, business or events, I'd highly recommend it if you enjoy 5-Star properties and amazing service.
