Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest

I was here for four nights of work training, and the training station was only about two minutes away. My company uses this hotel a lot, which helped when I called ahead: they noted that I shouldn’t be charged the incidental fee. I appreciated the friendly staff, daily turn-down service and fresh linens. The place seemed clean, the restaurant food and drinks were delicious, and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. There’s a Kwik Trip and places to eat just a few minutes down the road. The building could use some updating, though. There’s no free breakfast, and while my room had a mini fridge, it didn’t have a microwave, so I had to take food to the lobby to heat it. Ice and water machines are on floors 2, 4 and 5, but not 1 or 3. I was very pleased overall and would stay again.

The location is excellent, and it’s a good place to stay overall. My room was roomy, though it could use some care: bathroom tiles were coming loose, and the walls had noticeable marks and needed paint. I also wish there’d been a microwave in the room.

The rooms were really nice, and the staff went out of their way to help. The restaurant was more than fine, too. There’s also a spot to buy drinks and snacks, though prices are high, as they tend to be in places where you’re a captive customer. The outside could use a bit of a refresh, so don’t let the exterior put you off.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. Staff were great, and I had a really nice two-night stay. Thanks, delta hotel!
