The cable still wasn’t working, and the shower was cold. The towels looked like they’d been used to change oil. I’m never staying here again.

The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. At first there was a musty smell from the humidity, but it wasn’t bad overall. The AC worked great.

I haven’t slept this well in weeks. The room was very clean and well kept, and the bed was really comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room smelled damp and poorly ventilated, the floors were sticky, and cobwebs covered the walls. I raised it with the desk manager, but he said there was nothing he could do and that he’d tell the manager. I was quoted 200 for two nights. After I said we’d stay if the cobwebs were cleaned, he said maintenance would have to do it. I offered to use a duster myself, but he said he couldn’t provide one because they’d ordered equipment and it hadn’t arrived. I then asked for a discount so I could clean it, but he said he couldn’t authorize one and the manager would do something when he returned. He later tried to charge 139 for an extra night, though I’d been quoted 89. There was no sense of customer service. I’d give him negative 5 stars if the scale went below 1. General manager, your staff need customer service training, and the properties need oversight. Those cobwebs didn’t appear overnight.
