The room needed a much deeper clean, though the staff were polite and helpful, and the air conditioner filters were clean. Everything else seemed to work. The bathroom was the worst of it. The toilet seat still had debris on it, the shower walls had mildew and hair, and the sink and cabinet were coated with soap scum and dried toothpaste. The shower was partly broken too. When I pulled the knob, most of the water leaked from the base instead of coming through the shower head, and it took nearly 10 minutes for the hot water to arrive. We had to borrow a TV remote from the lobby. The counter beneath the TV was thick with dust, especially around the edges. In the kitchen, the toaster oven was caked with old food and grime, the refrigerator top was dirty, and the microwave was grimy inside and out. Toaster ovens are hard to clean and can attract bugs, so they really shouldn't be in the rooms. Regular deep cleaning and fixture checks, especially for the showers, would make a big difference. Even if staff deep-cleaned a few rooms each week, it would help with the comfort and cleanliness. I'd give it 2 out of 5.

The room had lots of space, a full-size fridge and kitchen, plus a large table that worked well for getting things done. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was even a recliner. My one gripe was the energy-saving thermostat. It shuts off when you're out of the room.

We waited two hours for the room to be cleaned, and the dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. The toilet was filthy, stains were all over the room, and a lot of things were smashed. The place also had a stink bug infestation. Management was rude and dismissive about the bugs, saying they “just happen”.

The dog area was really nice, and both staff members I spoke with were kind. It was handy to find a dog-friendly hotel in the IHG group, and it did what we needed for a quick overnight stop. Still, the kitchen was greasy, the floors sticky, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The bedding was so wrinkled that I started wondering how clean it was, though I couldn't really bring myself to think about it. Fine for one night in and out, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We were impressed with how spacious, clean, and well-equipped the one-bedroom suite was. Our family of four stayed one night on January 2, 2025, while heading home to Indiana from New York City. The suite had two double beds and a living room with a pull-out sofa, so there was plenty of room. The gym was clean and had lots of equipment, and the staff were courteous. It's easy to reach from I-80, with Grove City Premium Outlets just half a mile away and several restaurants within walking distance. We'd recommend it.
