The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean, but there were a lot of problems. The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower only had lukewarm water, and the shower supplies were empty. The lights flickered badly, and breakfast didn’t offer much variety. The area around the hotel also looked a bit run down, so this wasn’t the best stay. Still, those beds were really comfy.

That hotel kitty was the best part of my stay. He’s got to be the friendliest cat on earth, LOL, and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is really nice, and I’ve stayed here a couple of times over the last few years. The young woman on the evening shift was so friendly, and used every spare minute to keep the common areas spotless. Our room had no hot water, though. I let it run for a long time, but ended up having to make do with barely lukewarm water.

Breakfast was great and the staff were great too. The room was decent, but the stained sheets and shower curtain made it clear it needed a deep clean. I probably wouldn’t come back.

The rooms felt cozy and were clean. My only reason for holding back the fifth star is the breakfast staff. They seemed disorganized and inattentive, were rude when I asked for things, and didn’t keep the area stocked or tidy.

After traveling for hours, I arrived to find that the advertised pet-friendly rooms were actually service-dogs only. I had to look for another place, and it cost quite a bit more.
