The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was good, and the free airport shuttle was great. It's a convenient location if you're flying, but there's not much around otherwise. Since there's a Starbucks in the lobby, there's no free breakfast or coffee. With an early flight we accepted the room rate, but without that we'd have stayed somewhere with breakfast included, especially since this isn't a very budget-friendly rate.

There are lots of businesses within walking distance, and the shuttle made everything easy after we flew into Mesa Gateway. The staff were all super friendly, including the helpful overnight front desk team. Big thanks to Randy for picking us up very late Friday night and taking us back Sunday morning so we could get our rental car and continue north. It was a wonderful, if short, stay. Can't wait to come back!

Internet access didn't work unless I signed up for their program. You'd think a Marriott would have a good breakfast, but the food may be good, it's through their Bistro and you have to pay for it. There have to be decent hotels with good breakfasts that don't charge for everything.

The room was decent overall, with clean rooms and internet that worked fine. The glass shower doors were nicer than in the room I had on the third floor. The curtains look really outdated, and the beds are on the firm, cheap-feeling side, but I still slept okay.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the shuttle driver seemed happy and made the place feel exceptional. We were three minutes late for the airport shuttle, and they called to wake us up. The front desk even figured out our gate from our home address.
