Four Points By Sheraton At Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

The restaurant inside the hotel was good, and the fish and chips were great. The rooms are really nice, and the towels smell so good, I’m not sure how else to put it. We came here after being kicked out of the nearby Hilton for leaving a poor review. The staff gave us water without us asking and let us wait in the lobby while our employer booked the room. I can’t say enough about how amazing they all were. I’d love to stay again if the price worked for me.

I felt looked after from the moment I walked into the Four Points by Sheraton in Gilbert, AZ. The staff are warm, professional, and on top of things, which made it easy to relax and feel I’d chosen well. The rooms are modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Nights were quiet, the atmosphere was good, and the location puts you near everything without feeling chaotic. Whether you’re here for work, a quick getaway, or just a reset, it’s a comfortable place to recharge. I’ll be back.

It’s very convenient for Mesa Gateway Airport, and the hotel is attached to a golf course, so you can bring your clubs on a business trip and hit some balls. The pool is heated, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The bar is usually open late, too, so I’d recommend it to travelers. My one complaint is the parking fee. They charge for parking even if you’re a premium Marriott member, though that fee should be waived and is waived at other properties.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good, but the hotel was a low point of our four-night stay for a big sports tournament. It’s conveniently close to the facilities, but we’re in the area often for sports and probably won’t stay here again. The lobby smelled like bad cologne, and the rooms felt dated. Our window curtains were broken, housekeeping never came, and trash built up despite being told service would come every other day. We could hear the neighbors’ phone conversations through the thin walls. Parking also cost $10 a day. The unreliable housekeeping, old rooms, and lack of sound insulation really spoiled the stay. It might be fine for one night, but I’d look elsewhere for a longer visit.
