Plenty of room, pets are allowed, and it feels safe with good lighting. The workers are awesome, from room service to the front desk. You can get to the freeways and stores easily, and the desk sells soups and snacks for a small fee. Thanks to all the staff, including the security guys who freeze out there to keep guests safe. Thank you all!

The hotel stay was amazing, and Christian at the front desk made it even better. She’s phenomenal, super hospitable and accommodating, and has the warmest smile. Please give her a raise.

Service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, with other businesses not too far away. My AC was louder than I wanted, so they replaced it with a new unit the same day. They got it fixed quickly, in about 30 to 45 minutes.

The bed and room were large and clean, and the staff were very nice. The highway is the main reason the location is convenient. Still, the place felt sketchy. As a tourist who stands out, I felt really uncomfortable around some people who seemed possibly on drugs or mentally unstable, though I’m not sure. As a woman, I didn’t feel very safe. The cameras everywhere and staff monitoring things from the front desk did reassure me.

This is a very budget hotel, and the neighborhood seemed iffy. Most rooms are taken by Stevens Transport, so I’m not sure how many are available to the general public. I’m sure you can find somewhere better.
