Baymont Inn & Suites Metropolis

The service made this stay stand out. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and we felt looked after the whole time. Even with construction underway, they kept us informed and handled things so smoothly that the work barely affected us. I’ve never had service quite like it, and I’d recommend the hotel regardless of the renovations. Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a long day. The hotel’s right next to the casino, which made the location convenient. It felt like a surprisingly luxurious, stress-free stay, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you, Mr & Mrs Haberlock/Conger

I stay here so often that the friendly staff feel like family, and they know me too. The rooms and hallways are always clean. If anything goes wrong, they take care of it right away. This is my regular hotel whenever I’m in the area.

I was really excited to stay at this lovely hotel and enjoy the view. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

As a woman traveling across the country on my own, I felt safe here, and the staff were courteous and very helpful. My room hadn’t been renovated yet, but it was still clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a fridge and microwave. It was a great place to stop on my way home, and should be even better once the renovations are finished.
