Econo Lodge

We booked through Expedia for two double beds, but they only had one king, so we canceled and went to another place that could fit us. They said the booking would be canceled because they couldn't provide what we'd reserved. Days later, I was charged for the full two-day stay. Expedia contacted them, and they flat-out lied, saying we'd stayed, checked out, and wouldn't get a refund. I had to dispute the charge through my bank, and the dispute went my way. That was a rip-off and completely dishonest. They took money at my expense just to make a buck. I'll never stay there or recommend it, and I'd give negative stars if I could. Stay far away.

The front desk lady was pleasant, and check-in was quick and easy. I have no complaints. I stopped late at night, tired and nearly put off by the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room looked recently remodeled and was clean, though some of the furniture was a little worn. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable, the bed was good, and the AC worked well.

I won't come back. The outside was rough, with trash bins knocked over and bags left in front of several rooms. The sheets looked old and stained, and I woke up to bugs crawling on the wall. This place deserves negative 10 stars.

We just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours, and the comfortable bed and pillows did the job. The room was quiet and the a/c worked well. Nothing fancy, and the old building and room needed some repairs. The shower head was a little odd, but we were glad to get a good night's sleep.
