Best Western Limestone Inn & Suites

The usual hotel breakfast was better than I expected, and the staff were friendly. The place was really clean too. I’d stay here again.

The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. The woman at the front desk was kind and gave us plenty of helpful information. Breakfast was good too. If you’re passing through town, I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly and suggested places to eat and spots to ride our bikes. Our rooms were clean, though the whole place smelled of Indian spices, which we didn’t like. Unloading was a hassle: while we were under the covered entrance with our things, someone squeezed a large truck beside us to drop off and pick up some TVs. He said we could take our time, but there was barely room to move around, so we moved our vehicle to avoid it getting damaged.

I booked through Expedia and selected payment on arrival because I wanted to check the location and room first. The hotel charged my card anyway. Expedia contacted the manager for me, but the hotel refused to refund it even though I had canceled more than two weeks ahead. I’m glad I had insurance, but after being treated this way over an online booking, I’ll never stay at a Best Western again.
