The owner is a nice guy, but the apartment wasn’t good. The walls are very thin, so we could hear noisy neighbors drinking and yelling all night. Our windows faced a wall, there was no parking, and the whole area smelled like pee.

The owner had double-booked the room and called just 12 hours before we were due to arrive, saying they couldn’t accommodate us and giving lame excuses. They wouldn’t release the reservation to booking.com either, so I spent seven hours on the phone trying to get reimbursed and book somewhere else. Worst experience ever. What a way to show you don’t care about your clients.

Avoid this building and apartment if you can. I found bugs on the mattress. See the attached photo.

The price was good and the location excellent. The photos are out of date, though, and the place looks a bit older than they suggest. One of the people managing the rental was very kind to us. Thanks, Anna!
