We arrived around 10:30 on Friday night, tired and hungry after our first trip to Miami. We asked whether restaurants stayed open late, and the front desk told us no, and that we should order from the hotel restaurant before going up. We declined, then found out plenty of places were open until midnight or later. After the room issue, that advice felt like an attempt to hustle us instead of help. We had paid for a king bed and said so at check-in. The employee assured us he’d put us in a suite, but we got two double beds instead. Another guest had also been given the wrong bed type, though they complained and were moved to a king room. Ours looked clean, but it was very dated. The sheets felt rough and so old they might have been there since the hotel was built. Being misled about the room and restaurants means I’d never stay here again or recommend it.

Janei was amazing, and the service throughout my visit made me feel valued. The hotel was easy to use as a base for getting around and seeing nearby attractions. From the moment I arrived, staff were warm, professional and helpful. My room was spotless, comfortable, nicely designed and had the amenities I needed to relax. I was really happy with my stay and would recommend it for comfort and hospitality. I’ll definitely stay again.

Alexis was very kind and always helped us out. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a well-maintained, fully equipped bathroom. I also appreciated how quiet it was and how comfortable the bed felt, which made for a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional from the moment I arrived, and made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Alexis at the front desk made us feel welcome from the start. She was kind, professional and attentive, helped with everything we needed, and kept a positive attitude throughout. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the service was high quality, and the location is perfect for South Beach. We had a wonderful stay at Chesterfield Hotel & Suites and would definitely return. Highly recommend it!

It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the area is great for exploring. Alex was very helpful when checking us in. Our room was clean when we arrived, and the beds were super comfortable. I had a great experience at the Chesterfield hotel and hope to come back soon.
