Dorchester Hotel

The rooms were beautiful and the location was good, but the service was extremely lacking. After a four-hour drive, nobody offered to help with our luggage, so we carried it up the stairs ourselves. I asked about paying for a late checkout, but they refused because they were “sold out.” They also wouldn’t let me leave the car for another one or two hours, even though my flight was late that night. The breakfast was good, to be fair, but it’s served at a separate hotel. We felt unwelcome and won’t be back.

Bryan helped us get an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The guest rooms are in a lovely building with a fountain in the inner courtyard, opening onto a charming, secluded yard. It’s quiet and serene, like a hidden paradise island. The rooms are so spacious and cozy, they truly feel like home. After a busy day, I found the calm atmosphere from the lobby through to the courtyard really relaxing. The restaurant is beautiful, artistic, and delightfully unusual, with Cuban island spirit in its food and ambiance. I’ll definitely come back!

Rocío C. at the front desk was genuinely kind and incredibly helpful. Her tips and attitude made our stay so much smoother. The room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than we expected, and the hotel is in a spot-on location. We had a really good stay and highly recommend it.

Jessica at the front desk made my trip so convenient with her excellent suggestions for restaurants, activities, tours, and stores. Rocio C, also at the front desk, was professional and very helpful, and recommended several tours I enjoyed. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable!
