The apartment worked really well for our family, with space to cook, a clean and comfortable place to stay, and a convenient Miami Beach location. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and Pablix is just as close. If you’re watching your budget, you can save a lot by getting food there or cooking at home. There’s parking across the street, and Normandy drive is nearly around the corner, so we never got stuck in traffic during the week. Inside, the apartment was spacious and very clean. Staff cleaned every three days without us having to ask. The linen and towels were snow white, which matters to me because I’m picky about that. The recently renovated bathroom looked brand new, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. The a/c worked perfectly and was easy to control, with no humidity or mold at all. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were free to use. I worked remotely and had no internet connection problems. There’s also a pretty little patio where you can sit with a cold drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this affordable place for families.

The location in North Beach was the one good thing. It’s a residential area, not a party town like South Beach. Still, I can’t recommend the place. You can find much better properties for almost the same price. Just before we landed in Miami, they messaged us that the power had been out for three days and said we could book somewhere else. They knew about it but waited until we were about to arrive, around 6 p.m., when it was too late to make other plans nearby. Luckily, the electricity came back just before we got there, but there was no internet. We were told on arrival, in much the same tone, that we could go elsewhere if we weren’t happy. The Wi-Fi never got fixed during our stay, making it hard to contact anyone without network service. The host spoke only Spanish, no English, so we needed Google Translate to communicate, but that didn’t work without Wi-Fi. We asked about parking and understood her to say it was occupied that night, but we could use it if it became free. The second night we parked there when it was free. At 11:15 p.m., she knocked on our door and woke us from a deep sleep, asking us to move the car because someone wanted the spot, even though plenty of free parking spaces were available.

It felt like home here, with a clean, tidy, spacious place and friendly, helpful staff who did everything they could to make our visit enjoyable. Sun beds, an umbrella, washing machines, dryers, and a terrace were available too. I totally recommend staying here.

We came across this boutique apartment by chance, liked it enough to come back for a second stay, and would highly recommend it. It’s clean, safe, well organized, reasonably priced, and just a five-minute walk from North Beach. The place looks even better than the pictures. Owner Sofia is genuine, helpful, and accommodating. After check-in, she shared her WhatsApp number so we could ask her for anything we needed and book our next stay directly.
