We arrived very early from the cruise port with all our luggage, and the room was ready before the expected time. Isabella took care of it and was extremely kind. Just note that the entrance is through a restaurant, with some tents outside, so it's easy to recognize once you know.

Reception were really friendly and helpful, and the South Beach location made it easy to get around. They even left a birthday card in our room for my daughter, which was such a lovely touch. Thanks!

A relaxed, vintage kind of place, about two or three blocks from the beach. There's a restaurant and bar on site, and the customer service was great, they really try to make you happy. It was very clean and fresh, like my mom had been there tidying up. Just remember, you're in Miami.

Isabelle at reception made a big difference, welcoming me warmly and getting check-in done quickly. She was friendly and helpful, and gave me good suggestions for restaurants and things to see nearby. I felt well looked after throughout the stay. Hotel chelsea was just as good in other ways. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had what I needed to be comfortable. The location put me close to everything I wanted to visit, while still feeling quiet and peaceful. I'd happily come back and recommend hotel chelsea to anyone visiting.

The room was clean, but the property felt cramped and badly dated. The hallways were dark, the elevators tiny, and the general atmosphere a bit off. The shower had a slight mold smell and weak water pressure, and the TV remote didn't work. It did the job as a place to sleep, but once the resort fees were added, I felt ripped off. I couldn't even tell what amenities those charges covered, and I don't think the stay was worth the final price.
