Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

Marco at the front desk was my favorite. He was there in the beautiful foyer, and when I mentioned a couple of small things in my room, he took care of them beyond what I expected. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. My room was updated, luxurious, and really clean. If you want an adults-only stay with a luxury feel at a good price, Hotel Greystone is worth a look.

The staff were genuinely great, friendly and helpful, and I think what happened to us was a one-off mixed with bad luck. We stayed for two days just after a cold front hit Florida. The building heat was on and the AC was off, so our room stayed at 75 degrees all night. When I called downstairs, they said there was nothing they could do. On the second night, we noticed very late that the AC had been turned back on, but our room still had a problem and was 77 degrees. The desk offered to move us, which was kind, but it would have meant packing everything in the middle of the night. We got a few hours of sleep, then packed up the next morning. With warmer weather and working AC, I think we’d have enjoyed it a lot more. This place could be a great vacation spot when the weather cooperates.

The customer service and room alone would make me choose this hotel again. Marcos, Donielle, and Julie were fantastic, and check-in was smooth. I also had a delivery sent there and picked it up easily. Room 306 was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool was nice, and the location was handy, with a CVS across the street for last-minute things. Lots of restaurants are walkable, and Ocean Drive is about a 15-minute walk away.

The room service was great. They made the bed, took out the trash, and even tidied up cables and shoes. Julie and Julian at the front desk were especially friendly and helpful. The location was great, too. They offer a gym pass, beach towels, and a beach chair pass, though umbrellas cost extra.
