Construction noise started at 8 in the morning, with sledgehammer blows making pieces fall from the window frames. If work that extensive is going on, they should temporarily close the hotel. We had booked three days for a vacation and shouldn't have had to deal with that. The place also looked nothing like the ad photos. The frames were coming loose, everything seemed to be falling apart, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. We even photographed the dirt on the soles of our feet. It was infuriating. There was no real reception desk or proper housekeeping service. We checked in at 9 PM, tried calling staff around midnight, and got no answer. We had to cancel through the booking app, and the other party didn't even send an apology the next morning.
