Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore

After a ten-hour day and a good dinner, it was lovely to come back to a peaceful room. I enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and quiet throughout my stay. I also want to call out Apollo at the front desk. From the start he was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, and he went well beyond what was needed to make things smooth. You don't often meet that level of hospitality. He's a real asset to the team.

The real bright spot was Abdullah at the front desk. Other staff weren't as accommodating, but he was warm and kind and made it his own mission to keep our stay comfortable and easy. His positive attitude stuck with us. My husband and I came to Miami for the boat show and had a great stay. The rooms are modest and on the small side, but exceptionally clean and comfortable, just what we needed after full days at the show. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in keeping things that way. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the conference center, good restaurants, and the beach. The restaurant was excellent too, with half-price drinks at daily Happy Hour. We'd absolutely stay again.

The team throughout the hotel was friendly and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay. Abdallah especially made a difference. He was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with whatever I needed. The location was really convenient, just a few minutes from the beach and Lincoln Road, so it was easy to enjoy the area. I'd happily come back.

Our flight out of NY was canceled because of a storm, and Alonzo made what could've been a difficult experience into a wonderful stay. He welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything. Excellent service and a great person.
