I canceled immediately when I arrived, before checking in or seeing a room. The reception was dirty, crowded, and poorly maintained, and the property did not look like the listing. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. After my payment was taken, I spoke to the manager, who was just as dismissive and unhelpful. Most upsetting, my money was taken without my authorization even though I was there and canceled on arrival. Later they marked me as a “no-show” and kept the payment, although I never stayed or used any accommodation. This showed a serious lack of transparency and customer service, and didn't match the hotel's advertised rating. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property and not rely on its online descriptions or ratings.

Apollo at check-in was brilliant, so helpful and accommodating that he was the best part of our stay. He deserves a raise. The hotel itself isn't much to rave about, but it was clean, safe, and well located. We had a Superior King room, and it was already small for two people, so I dread to think how tiny the standard rooms are. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was odd: the photos gave me the impression there'd be a bar, but there isn't one.

The staff were attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. The service was amazing. I'd definitely come back, and highly recommend a visit. It's hard to find better service in Miami.

The place was clean and pretty, and I could walk to many spots I visited. My stay was decent, but the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. They seemed annoyed whenever my friend or I asked for help or information, and I didn't appreciate it. Victor was the only one who seemed to enjoy the job and do it well. I wouldn't stay here again.
