Every time we passed through the lobby, the staff engaged with us, and they’re the best team in the Marriott Vacation Club. We loved the beach carts provided in every room, and the staff put on events for guests each night. JC was one of the best Marriott staff members we’ve met. We love this location and look forward to coming back soon!

The rooms have been renovated and feel modern, and the staff were friendly. The concierge got a little too pushy about getting us to attend a meeting, and the steady text messages were a minor annoyance, especially when they were encouraging an owners update. We always enjoy staying at an MVC. South Beach is a favorite for its amazing location and smaller property. There are fewer amenities, but being in the middle of the Art Deco district on Ocean Drive makes up for that.

Miriam made the Miami trip feel like home with her warm, welcoming hospitality. The property was great, with clean rooms and amenities. They also put on special events every day, which gave the place a fun, lively atmosphere.

We especially appreciated the beach cart that came with the room and got plenty of use from it. The beach is close by, just what we wanted for our Miami Beach stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and lobby were very clean. The fifth-floor terrace was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Vacation club and would highly recommend it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped, and the hotel stayed quiet despite being right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. The front desk team was terrific and let me check in early, which was a huge help after driving for hours. I got a nap in and spent the evening exploring nearby. I’d stay here again when I’m back in Miami.
