The bed could’ve been more comfortable, and we heard other guests making noise in the hall, but we’d still come back. The pool and beach were both fantastic, and being able to get to them so easily was a real plus. Sebastián B, Alberto, and Santiago S were kind and attentive, and the food was good for the price.

Maddy at the bar was friendly, attentive, and professional, and made the visit even better. Bruno and Devonte also stood out from the moment I arrived. They were welcoming, attentive, and always greeted people with a big smile. Their care reflects well on the management team. I had a wonderful stay at the Marseilles Hotel in Miami, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in their work. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time, especially at the complimentary happy hour. The pool was large and just the right temperature, and Alberto, Sebastian B. and Santiago S. gave us excellent service poolside. There’s a coffee shop, full restaurant, outdoor bar, and beach service with food and drinks. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the coffee shop, pool, and beach, was friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night but still within walking distance of restaurants.

Loved the frozen flannel! The pool, bar, and garden outside make a great place to relax, and the whole hotel has a cool vibe. Sebastian and the rest of the pool staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed. It’s beautiful and right on the beach. I’d stay again 😍
