The decor was nice, and the hotel is in a handy spot near the beach and just steps from Ocean Drive nightlife. The bed was comfortable enough for one night, and the linens were clean. But the room was far smaller than advertised, barely enough space for two people to move around, with nowhere for luggage. The bed was very low, and while the bathroom looked modern, it was tiny. The room floor was dirty. Getting in was a hassle. The main entrance was locked, which seemed sensible, but the code I’d received didn’t work. Some guests sitting out front let us in. After that I called and emailed, with no response. We were only there one night before our cruise, which was fortunate. I travel to South Beach several times a year and know boutique rooms are often small, but this one wasn’t for me. It might work for a night or two, but not a week. The bed wasn’t up to my standards for a longer stay.

The staff were friendly and easy to reach during regular hours. We arrived earlier than we should have on our first day, and one woman, possibly a manager, was very understanding and accommodating. I wish I’d gotten her name to mention here. Thanks again for the great service. We were really happy with the stay. The AC worked well, the water heated up quickly, and the clean bed was comfortable.

We got a surprising deal, under $80 for what was basically a one-bedroom apartment-style hotel room. The place seems recently renovated, with a pleasing look, comfortable beds, fast, reliable WiFi throughout, and a simple continental breakfast included. The staff were very accommodating. For an affordable, clean, updated, comfortable stay in the heart of South Beach, it exceeded my expectations. Great value for the price. No need to keep searching!

The place is really convenient, with lots of nearby spots to eat. We arrived early and asked about checking in. The manager and front staff said they’d text when the room was ready, and let us leave our bags at the desk while we explored. When we checked out, they also stored our things for a while since our flight was later that day. Very accommodating.

The location made it easy to get to the beach and nearby places, and the amenities were good enough. For the price, I’d hoped for a nicer room. It was also a bit hard to find and access the room because there’s no reception area. Clearer instructions on the website or in the lobby would help guests who need that kind of information.
