We had a great time during Valentine’s week. The elevator was out, but it’s only a three-story place, and the apartment was still pretty nice and quaint. The beach is just around the corner, with eateries, stores, and the beach all within walking distance. My wife and I will come back.

The noise from the bar is unbearable, and the building feels unsafe. The lobby, if you can call it that, is disgusting and smells like urine. This is a rundown, roach-infested place with a broken entrance door and elevator. It’s nowhere near clean or quiet. Gail apparently tried to renovate the building and is now advertising it as a hotel, but to me the whole thing is a joke. I don’t know who left all those nice reviews. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

My daughter and I had a brilliant stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt very safe. The beach, supermarkets, and some lovely restaurants were nearby.
