For the price, this was a decent place in a good location, and we had a great trip. The beach is a short two-block walk away. The building is old, the rooms could use repairs and updating, and the parking lot was sometimes full, but those things are expected in that part of Miami Beach. The pool wasn’t heated and was extremely cold for us, though the kids didn’t mind. Since I don’t think there’s an office on site, requests for things like coffee or toilet paper took a while, often until the next day at the earliest. It took two days to get more coffee. They use specialty locally made espresso pods, so you can’t just buy replacements elsewhere.
