There was no hot water for three days, which is unacceptable for a hotel or apartment stay. I also contacted customer service several times and asked specifically for a manager, but nobody followed up. The room was disgusting, with hair all over the bed and floors and embedded in the carpets. It felt as if it hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. The lack of response and accountability was as frustrating as the room itself. This place is dirty and poorly maintained, and I would not recommend staying here.

Do not stay here. The apartment looked nothing like the photos or the promised luxury accommodation. It was dirty, run down, and smelled strongly of damp and mold. We didn’t feel we could stay there with our two children, so we left and booked somewhere else. We booked through booking.com and left a review there, but could upload only four photos. They refused to refund us and accused us of lying about the condition. There was a ladder against the bedroom window and old laundry outside the door, which they also denied. Please look at the attached photos. Who’s lying?

The apartment was fine and well equipped, but the $120 cleaning fee wasn’t disclosed before booking. It made our one-night stay more expensive. Check the cleaning charge before you book.

We left the next day even though we were meant to stay a week, because cockroaches showed up. The owner offered just $60 back on a $704 booking, even though we tried to discuss the situation and offered to pay for the two nights we stayed. The place clearly violated hygiene rules and Booking conditions. It felt like a scam, and I’m sure most of the positive reviews are fake. It ruined our impression of Miami and my dream vacation. The kitchen equipment was the one good thing, but everything was dirty and greasy, so we didn’t want to use it. The kitchen itself was greasy, the fridge sticky, the drawers had hair and dirt in them, and there was mold in the shower. I didn’t feel safe taking off my shoes. The advertised parking wasn’t private or secure, since people from other houses parked there too, leaving you to pay for parking somewhere else. The “fitness room” is a joke, and sometimes the apartment smelled of gas. Avoid it at all costs.
