St Augustine Hotel By At Mine Hospitality

Maude’s thoughtful service made our stay especially good. Even small things I’d casually mentioned I might need were sent to our room. We spent about 10 days there, with one room in the villas and another in the main St. Augustine Hotel, and both were excellent. The men who helped us at checkout were kind, professional, and helpful too. The location made everything easy: CVS, Walgreens, Target, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the beach is a short walk away. I’d happily stay again on my next Miami visit. Thanks to Maude and the whole St. Augustine team.

Krsto’s care and warm, attentive manner really stood out. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right and treated us like valued friends. The boutique hotel is in a thoughtfully preserved historic building, with clean, simple rooms. There’s no elevator, though it’s only two stories. The building felt safe, and the neighborhood was handy for food and shops. We liked the rate too, which was much lower than nearby properties for our short stay.

Krsto gets 10 out of 10 for service. He was welcoming, polite, attentive, and quick to answer all my questions thoroughly, making the stay as comfortable as possible. I loved this small Miami hotel. The room was spotless and cozy, with a big comfortable bed and everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend it, and I’m grateful for a lovely stay.

The place was clean and just as described, and the hosts communicated really well. They greeted us with a “good morning” every day, which was a nice touch. There was a small problem with our first room, but the host sorted it out right away and arranged an accommodation. I really enjoyed the stay and would gladly return or recommend it.
