Franklin Suites makes it easy to enjoy South Beach on foot. The beach is only a few blocks away, and the Art Deco Historic District and local museums are close enough for a morning walk. Miami Downtown is about a 25-minute drive, so you can have beach time and still get into the city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, from upscale coastal spots to casual late-night places on Collins Avenue or Ocean Drive. Many stay open until 11:00 PM or later. The hosts were professional and very quick to respond, usually within 5 minutes, which gave me peace of mind. They were available for questions about check-in and local recommendations. The place was clean, modern, and well located, a good base whether you're here for the sun, food, or culture.

The location made it easy to enjoy Miami Beach, with the beach just a short walk away and everything else nearby. The Franklin apartment was spotless, well kept, and had everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home. Staff looked after me well, and communicating with the host was easy and excellent. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend The Franklin for a clean, well-equipped place in a great spot.

Franklin suites was clean and tidy when we arrived, with everything we needed and no problems in the room. The staff always replied quickly. Such a lovely place, highly recommend.

We had a good stay in South beach. The location was perfect, and everything was clean and comfortable. There isn't a physical reception desk, but everyone was helpful. It's best to contact the facility before check-in. The bed was okay, though not very comfortable. Hope to come back. Thanks!
