Walmarys made a real difference, welcoming me warmly and going out of her way to make me feel at home. She was attentive, professional, and caring at the front desk. The property itself was spotless and beautifully kept, with everything feeling fresh and new. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

The rooms were tidy, the furniture was excellent, and everything felt easy and straightforward. Walmarys and Marina were kind, professional, communicative, and ready to help with what I needed. I’d originally booked somewhere closer to the beach and wondered if that was the right call, but my five days at Variety were impressive. It’s in my top three hotel stays. The pool area has a nice mix of sun and shade, and the lighting at night is really nice. A bit of music during the day would make the lounge feel even better. Highly recommend, 10/10 👍🏽

I’ve stayed at Variety Hotel twice now, and the second visit was just as good as the first. It’s close to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and clean, with what you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and really make an effort to make you feel at home. I’ll be back on my next visit.

Trader Joe’s is right across the street, and Lincoln Road Mall and other Miami Beach restaurants are close by. It’s a very walkable area just off Alton Rd, a major street. Check-in took a long time because my room didn’t seem to be ready. They told me I’d get another room, but that never happened. The shower drained poorly, which seems to be an issue at many Miami Beach hotels, and a cleaner came in without knocking when I’d asked for my trash to be taken out. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel.
