I rarely post a negative review, but a valuable personal item went missing on the property, and the way it was handled afterward was very disappointing. When I first reported it, nobody clearly explained the reporting process, whether surveillance could be reviewed, or how I could formally submit supporting evidence. Different staff members gave me conflicting information, adding confusion to an already stressful situation. A claim was eventually opened, but updates became sparse and then stopped, even though I kept trying to share information and ask for news. What bothered me most was the lack of clear communication, consistency, and support during a serious incident. As a guest of a major hotel brand, I expected more professionalism and a better response to a security concern. I hope management handles these situations more seriously for future guests.

The design and decor were lovely, and I liked the staff and the whole vibe. The rooftop restaurant was splendid too.

The shared balcony was the one part I felt unsure about as a woman traveling alone. Potted plants were the only divider between balconies. The hotel left a thoughtful reminder to double-lock the door, and although the balcony was beautiful and calming, I was never fully comfortable with that setup. The balcony lights also went out around 10:00 p.m. while I was there. I didn't get to spend much time at the pool, but the rooftop pool area looked very cute. The team was kind and responsive, and when I spotted a small billing error, they looked into it and fixed it right away instead of dismissing my concern. I loved the room design and the calm, organic Miami feel, and the hotel's newness came through in a good way. The closet was particularly practical: I could fit my suitcase inside, set my carry-on down, and close the door, so luggage didn't have to sit around the room. The robes were nice, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a thorough job refreshing the room between stays. The minibar was kept stocked, too. It was my first trip to Miami, and I had a wonderful stay at UNFRAMED, Autograph Collection. This is a lovely choice if you want to be in Miami without being right on the beach. I think it could easily be a five-star stay once room service is fully up and running.

The hotel was brand new and we really liked the area. It's an easy walk to both the beach and Lincoln Road. There's a pool, a small lobby bar, and a gym associated with the hotel half a block down the road. No spa or other notable amenities, and there's no food on site, though some places are a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large shower with good pressure, private bathroom, streaming TV, and very cold AC. The fridge only has room for a few small things. Highly recommend.
