Villa Italia by At Mine Hospitality

The location worked perfectly for us: a quiet area with no nearby construction, about five minutes from the beach and close to Collins Avenue and restaurants, but away from nightlife noise. Free parking was a big bonus in Miami. Staff checked on us daily and were welcoming. Gloria the housekeeper deserves a special thank you for her great service. We stayed February 5-8 and felt comfortable throughout. The team was professional, and having people on site made a real difference. When our door code failed, manager Krsto came within minutes and helped us himself. He was there whenever we needed anything. They also let us check in early and check out late at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Huge thanks to Krsto for making the stay wonderful.

The location was great, with the beach, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It was easy to get around on foot, and we felt safe. The place is economical and low-key, just what we wanted, and we’ll gladly return. It was also nice to learn they have sister properties for next time. My mom and I stayed at Villa Italia a few weeks ago and had the best time. Owner Oscar and his staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We had a few questions and needed help on the first night, and Oscar called the next morning to make sure everything had been fully sorted out. David and Maude were incredibly kind and cheerful whenever we saw them, which was a highlight.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, so unwinding after a day out was easy. Villa Italia Hotel is steps from everything in South Beach, yet still feels peaceful and relaxing. The team, especially Oscar, really looks after guests. They check in regularly by message and offer help with whatever you need. That kind of hospitality is rare in Miami. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Beach.

I’m a bit of a germophobe, so I loved how clean this place was. The location was amazing, quiet, secure, and walkable to everything. Staff were incredibly responsive and just a really nice group. They stored our luggage until check-in, then texted me when the room was ready early. My husband left his carry-on luggage, don’t get me started, and they helped arrange the pickup and shipping we’d organized. Above and beyond! If you have a bad experience here, it’s definitely your own fault, not theirs. ❤️
