I've lived in the Grove for 9 years, and this is BY FAR the best condominium for the price. The bay and village views are what I wake up to and come home to every day, and the neighbors are friendly. Laundry is available on site. Merry, the manager, is warm, direct, and really on top of things. From the start, the place treated me professionally and personally. Donna greets me with a smile every morning, and the rest of the staff are friendly too. Around here, lots of landlords are crooks and leave you with shoddy apartments, but this place actually gives a ! Treat Merry right and she'll do the same. I LOVE living here!

After more than 40 years in the hotel business, I retired and needed somewhere to live. I've been a resident at Bayshore Grove for the past year, and the experience has been incredible. Merry, the property manager, and Raudel & Raguel on the maintenance team have all been amazing. Every maintenance request I've made has been taken care of very quickly. The team gives outstanding service, and I've never been let down.

BEWARE! When I tried to change my reservation, they charged me nearly 800$ for "use of sheets, cleaning fee, etc." I negotiated the amount down to 100$. For that much, I could stay at the PLAZA in NYC! Read all the fine print. There are plenty of hotels and air bnb places that treat people more kindly instead of trying to rob them blind. I explained I was only in town for my daughter's surgery, and it made no difference. Who does that?

Great location right by CocoWalk in the Grove. Restaurants, shops, parks, and marinas are all within walking distance. The team is great, and the property manager is the best.
