The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and for a last-minute stay this was decent for what I needed. The room itself was really nice, but the rugs could use a deep clean because it smelled like feet. It's a bit far from the cruise port. The ride takes about 47 minutes with very little traffic, and a Lyft or taxi costs between $45 and $65 depending on the time. It could take longer when traffic is busier.

I couldn't sleep during my stay because the air conditioner rattled, clicked and banged every few minutes all night, like it might fall apart. I reported it as soon as I arrived and asked for a repair or another room. The front desk apologized and said the hotel was “fully booked,” so they couldn't help. I complained again the next morning and got the same excuse, with no attempt to fix the problem. For the premium rates, guests should be able to expect a working, quiet AC. I left exhausted, and felt the staff didn't care and management had neglected maintenance. A really disappointing waste of money. I won't return and strongly advise others to stay away.

The rooms are a good size and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was the problem for me. There are lots of choices, which I appreciate, but the food tasted stale, like it had been left out overnight. It was mostly basic frozen food from Walmart, and the omelet was the worst I've ever had.

The restaurant is there, more or less, but the menu is limited. Our server was great, though she was the only person tending bar, taking orders, cooking and serving. A few people were waiting at the bar while she was in the kitchen. Breakfast is the usual hotel spread, with a waffle maker, premade omelets and pastries. The location is convenient.
