I've been coming to this hotel on frequent Miami trips for many years, and the customer service has generally been good. On this last visit, Arthur at the front desk stood out for his great attitude and service. Daysi at the breakfast buffet also deserves a mention. She's there on nearly every visit, recognizes me right away, and greets me warmly with the same gentle, consistent approach. That service is what keeps me having breakfast there every morning of my stay. Employees are the greatest asset in hospitality, and Arthur and Daysi are great examples of that. I applaud them both. Thank you, Arthur and Daysi.

The room had a few things that took away from the visit: a large oil or other stain on the comforter, torn shower curtain rings where they attach, and only one nightstand for the bed. It was also dark, and the AC was loud. Getting picked up at the airport was confusing too. We called and were directed to an area where we couldn't find the shuttle. There were good parts as well. The hotel and lobby made a beautiful first impression, and storing our bags while we waited for the room was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick, the warm cookies were delicious, and the big bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a nice touch. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport worked well. The hotel has good potential and strong amenities, but the room condition and airport pickup could be better.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for an event. The combination of poor cleanliness, unfriendly service, and an overly aggressive approach to parking charges made the whole experience frustrating. For an event venue, first impressions matter, and this place didn't reflect well on the organization hosting the event. Management also didn't seem present or involved in keeping standards up. Parking was one of the biggest problems. Instead of a smooth, organized setup for event guests, there was a private parking service and added costs that made the arrival feel more like an effort to find extra ways to charge people. Parking should be convenient and fair for a large gathering, but this felt designed to bring in more revenue, not improve the guest experience. The property also didn't feel clean or welcoming, with several areas that seemed poorly maintained. Staff interactions were disappointing too, and customer service came across as rude and unprofessional at times. The overall environment didn't meet what I expect from a Hilton property, especially for hosting or attending an event.

I spent a week here, and the rooms were dirty, outdated, and the customer service was even worse. Light bulbs went out; I called for replacements, but no one brought them. I was told housekeeping had to be requested, and when I did request it, I only got dirty towels and nobody came to clean. My mom can't walk, so I used Uber Eats to get her food. Some days the delivery people were allowed to bring it up, other days hotel staff said they couldn't. Staff then said they couldn't bring it up either, even though a kind front desk woman had done so the day before. There didn't seem to be any real policy, just workers choosing when to help. They didn't truly accommodate my handicapped mother. When I called a desk worker downstairs to discuss it, he rudely said he didn't have to listen to me and hung up. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Don't book here. The rooms are old and dirty, and the service is terrible. It was a waste of time, money, and energy.

The most serious problem was housekeeping entering without permission. While my coworkers' room was still actively reserved, staff cleaned out its refrigerator and threw away expensive medication and food without telling anyone. On other occasions, housekeeping knocked well before checkout and, if I didn't answer immediately, opened the door and came in. That's a major privacy issue, especially if a guest isn't dressed. There were basic room problems too. Not all rooms had refrigerators, which is a real inconvenience for storing food or medication. The AC wouldn't get cold, and the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and ran constantly with no way to turn it off. Reaching the front desk was difficult since calls went unanswered several times. Even check-in involved very long lines. The stay fell well below professional hospitality standards, and I hope management fixes these issues so other guests don't have the same experience.
