The pool and fitness room are decent, the grounds are generally maintained, and the hallway floors are kept clean and waxed. The van shuttle to MIA is good, too. Maintenance in the units has been nonexistent when I've requested it. I made several requests over months and nothing was addressed. Burnt out lights in hallways and stairwells stayed that way, the fitness room's rear door was broken and left open to the public, and an elevator in one building was out of order for three weeks at one point. Rooms by the canal get noisy on weekends from watercraft and passing trains. Rooms facing the pool can also be loud when people have boisterous conversations. I'd suggest a room facing the lot, away from both the canal and pool.

The management is disrespectful, maintenance is awful, the laundry has problems, and the gate never works. Customer service hasn't fixed anything. More concerning, it doesn't feel secure, with random people coming to knock on the door late at night. It might work as a crash pad or temporary place, but the whole property needs renovation and a better team.

We moved here from Chicago last year, and having a fully furnished unit has been a big help. It even comes with dishes, knives, forks, and the rest. Gisele is a great manager and always looks after what we need.

I've been living here about six months, and sometimes cigarette smoke seems to come through my AC vents. When I call maintenance, they say they'll talk to someone, but I never hear back. Packages also get stolen from outside my door. It's frustrating that management doesn't seem to know what's happening in its own building.
