Prestige Retreat by Renzzi

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and better than we expected. My husband and I came from California for a relaxing Miami vacation, and this was just what we needed. Carlos was quick to respond and went out of his way with local recommendations. It’s in a great spot in Little Havana, close to all the exciting areas in Miami. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it.

I stayed for three days, and this was one of my best hotel experiences. The staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived, checked that I was doing okay, and let me know they were there if I needed anything. The space felt cared for throughout. Even little details like the doorknobs, baseboards, floors, bathroom, and kitchen seemed thoughtfully done, and you can tell the owner takes pride in it. I especially liked the window blinds and the overall look. It was comfortable, inviting, and looked great. I’d stay again, easily a 10 out of 10.

For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the whole experience felt easy and pleasant. It also felt safe and thoughtfully run. The Little Havana location is ideal, with plenty nearby and an easy area to get around. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back. I’d recommend it if you want good value in a central Miami location.

I booked through Booking.com, then realized within minutes that I’d picked the wrong hotel and location. I emailed to cancel, but the request was denied and I was charged the full $254. That’s far too inflexible. If you’re staying in Little Havana, I’d suggest looking at nearby alternatives like Tower Hotel.
