The bathroom was a mess: the sink had no cold water, the toilet wouldn't flush, and mold covered the ceiling. The bunk bed mattresses were uneven too, with one terribly uncomfortable, and there were no side rails. My husband and I took the top bunks while the kids shared the lower queen bed. There were no waters in the room and hardly any outlets along the wall with the beds, so we couldn't plug anything in near the queen bed's head. The four of us needed a place for two nights while passing through Miami. Parking was convenient and easy to access, and the inside had a quaint feel, old but somewhat updated. From the photos we expected suite-style rooms with a little sitting area and kitchen. Instead, it was smaller than an average hotel room, barely enough space for four suitcases. It just about met our needs this time, but I wouldn't come back.

The window A/C let in a lot of noise from Biscayne boulevard, which made sleeping harder for me as a light sleeper. Aside from that, I had a very pleasant two-night stay at Treehouse Hotel. I came from Chicago for a day trip to Key West and back, and the comfortable bed, hot shower, and cold A/C were just what I needed. The smart TV had the usual streaming apps, and the location gave easy access to restaurants and stores without being in dense downtown Miami. The private lot behind the hotel was a big plus. I was skeptical because so many reviews were five stars, but I get it now. The host was great and responsive by text. I'd stay again.

My husband and I had a really pleasant stay at The Treehouse Hotel in Miami, Florida. A family friend recommended it after having a great experience, and she was right. It felt peaceful and relaxing, with warm, welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful design that gave it a tucked-away feel in the middle of Miami. For a longer stay, I'd suggest adding a small kitchenette to each room and making the beds a little higher. Still, everything else was wonderful and we'll definitely return.

The rooms weren't quite like the pictures, but the stay was nice and saved us a lot of money. This is definitely no-frills. We arrived during the coldest day Miami had seen in years, not knowing hotels there aren't required to have heat. Staff brought extra blankets and a space heater really quickly. We also learned only after asking that fresh towels and toiletries are available in the lobby for guests to take anytime. Staff are on site from 9am-3 pm, but they always answered texts quickly. The location was good, with lots of restaurants nearby and a great breakfast diner across the street.

We loved our ten-day stay. The staff were really nice, replies came quickly, and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking out back, and we never struggled to find a spot. The rooms were clean and tidy, towels always fresh, and the bedding crisp and bright white. Highly recommend.
