WhyHotel Midtown Miami

I spent almost a month here, staying in both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. They were well organized, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, with all the kitchen utensils and other things needed even for a long stay. The standard was much better than anything I've found on Airbnb. The office staff were also very helpful with things like receiving mail.

I'd never heard of this hotel before booking and wasn't sure about it, but the Google reviews convinced me to give it a try. The place is gorgeous, even better than the pictures, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had. The beds were comfortable, though a bit small and low. The latchkey instructions were easy to follow, and getting in and out was simple. I hope they keep this popup hotel around forever. It's amazing, and we'll be back.

We felt at home here during our Christmas stay and my wife's birthday. The room was comfortable and safe, and worth every penny. Whenever we called with a request, housekeeping arrived in under 10 minutes and were really attentive. The stove was the one issue. We needed to cook a large pan of food and brought our own pot, then found out the stove only worked with their pots. That slowed us down since she had to use two pots. As soon as we called guest service to ask for another pot, housekeeping was at the door before I hung up. Other than the stove, the place was great.

The rooftop outdoor pool was the most amazing one I've ever experienced, and I hated having to leave. We already plan to come back. WhyHotel was amazing: our room was immaculate and well managed, and the staff were friendly and super helpful. The area was relatively quiet, which mattered to us, and we liked the hotel's quiet hours. For the most part, it stayed peaceful late into the night. There was some confusion with check-in, but Trent helped us find our room and made sure we could contact him if we needed anything. You won't be disappointed staying at WhyHotel.
