Backyard Garden Oasis

We spent three nights in a cottage that was clean, cute, and quiet. Greta was so accommodating, and we can highly recommend staying there. Thank you, Greta! Happy New Year, Michael & Alma

Greta made it easy from arrival to departure, and rescheduling was easy too. Each morning's breakfast was a welcome treat, with wonderful fruit she had picked out for us. Our cottage was clean and comfortable, a lovely place to return to after a full day out. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. Thank you!

We wanted somewhere peaceful to get away from the New Year's fireworks with our dog, and this was just right. The property is calm and serene, and the cozy cottages have everything you need. Greta and her dog Ollie were gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

Greta was kind enough to work out a deal when we realized we had to leave, so we didn't lose the whole cost even though it was a last-minute cancellation. We had come for a quick getaway with family and dogs after finding the place on Google. The photos showed a beautiful, dog-friendly setting, and a quick look at the website was enough for me to book. When I called, Greta helped me arrange it. She welcomed us that evening with a warm smile and a gracious hello, like we were family visiting from out of town. The Oasis wasn't going to work for us, though. Our very large dually truck couldn't get close enough to the cottages in back for us to unload ourselves and the dogs easily, and the limited access would make it hard to come and go. The noisy diesel engine could also disturb nearby guests. It was a hard decision to find somewhere else, and Greta was sad to see us go but understood. I'd recommend the place to a couple wanting to slow down away from the City's busy streets and lights. Bring a book or a hammock and enjoy the lush green grounds Greta has worked hard on. With limited, cumbersome access, I wouldn't recommend it for large families with big vehicles. Thank you, Greta, for the hospitality and friendly atmosphere during our short time there.
