The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout our group visit. We held an event in the conference room, and it went great. The hotel was clean and stylish, with fresh, comfortable rooms. It's also close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Thank you.

The place is new, which is nice, and the people were really nice too. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean. But we had a bad week in room 311: the heat was awful, and the fan kept running even with the heat turned off. When I asked the front desk guy, he said it was for circulation. My whole family is sick now because of it.

The location is great, but the welcome is hit or miss, even though I stay here every time I'm in town and I'm a lifetime Titanium member. Sometimes they recognize that, sometimes they don't. At my last check-in, the guy was working through a stack of papers and made me feel like I was interrupting. When I asked about late checkout, he asked why I needed it. He could have simply told me if it wasn't possible; the reason wasn't his business.

Diane was an absolute sweetheart, and the rest of the staff were amazing too. This is one of the most hospitable hotels I've stayed at. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to book here!

I've stayed at Marriotts across the country because they're usually comfortable and affordable. This hotel was nice enough, but the front desk service was horrible. The staff were rude, never smiled, didn't greet me, and didn't even give a friendly wave when I checked out. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
