The service was top notch, friendly, and helpful, and the location was good. The room and hotel could have been cleaner, and the property could use a bit more upkeep. We paid for breakfast, but it was terrible. There's a diner just down the road, though. For what we paid, and since we just needed somewhere to sleep, it did the job.

It was my son who stayed the night on his way to basic training, so I can only speak to what I saw while we were on the lobby floor and what he told me. The restaurant was good, the front desk was polite and helpful, and the restrooms were clean. He said the room was nice, but the AC wouldn't shut off and he slept cold. He didn't think to call the front desk.

My room was clean, but it felt worn, and the stay was mediocre. The front desk seemed uninterested when I arrived, and when I checked out the guy just looked at me. My 12-year-old has better manners. I've owned hotels, and someone really needs to pay attention to this place.

We came here before flying out of Harrisburg airport, but several things were out of service: the airport shuttle, the restaurant and bar, and the pool. Nobody gave us notice about any of them. At check-in I was handed a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to ask for another. I can't give zero stars, or I would. Stay away if you can, and spend a few extra bucks somewhere else.

My follow-up with Dr Allette went well. He's caring and explains things clearly, offering options instead of just pushing me to do something. I appreciate him a lot. Everyone else was really nice and helpful too.
