Sabrina was great about a small change to my family’s reservation, and she kept us updated and followed up. My mom and stepdad said the hotel was lovely, the staff were polite, and they enjoyed talking with Sabrina while they were there. She even gave them a thank-you note as they left. Thanks again for the hospitality, 5/5!

We met here on the way to a family reunion in New Mexico. Our family drove in, while relatives flew from two other states, so we needed two rooms. Both were clean, nice, and quiet, and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Thank you!
10/10
The rooms were clean, and the people were nice. It’s in a good location near a few restaurants. I’d recommend it.
6/10
The staff were friendly and kind, and they do seem to work at keeping the property maintained. Still, this place is old, and the rooms show it. Photos calling it dated six years ago are still accurate. The only technology I noticed was Netflix streaming, and it still has those awful swipe readers. The fitness room is a joke: both treadmills were having problems and the mats were dirty. The hotel needs a full renovation. It’s embarrassing.

The pool was great for swimming laps, and breakfast was good. My room was fabulous and clean, but the staff deserve a lot of credit for being so friendly and accommodating. Bravo to them. Love from Pennsylvania.
