Parking was easy, with a roomy gravel lot that worked well for my truck, and the hotel stayed nice and quiet. I was happy to get a top floor room. My room was clean and smelled good, and I liked being able to open the window. Service was very good too. Expedia had added an extra night by mistake, but the front desk sorted it out quickly and without hassle. Breakfast was decent. The protein items were a bit overcooked and cold, though I appreciated having those choices, and the eggs tasted real. I’m very satisfied with the stay and would come back next time I’m in the area. An easy five stars.

The location made it easy to get around to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also found the room spacious and well kept, with the essentials we needed to relax. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, so we felt right at home. We absolutely loved staying in Milbank, South Dakota. It exceeded our expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. We’re looking forward to coming back on our next trip.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and really enjoyed the two bedroom King suite. The hotel was very clean, and the continental breakfast area was set up nicely and kept clean too. Staff were great. We had a lovely stay.

The shower was really nice, which isn’t always the case. Sometimes you get a good shower but a lousy room, or a good room with a lousy shower, lol. Here the rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in so far. I’d recommend it to anyone.
