Holiday Inn Express Miles City

Breakfast was right across the hall from my door, which was a nice perk. The motel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with easy parking. Everyone I dealt with, from the person on the phone to the staff member who greeted me, was really nice. My Corgi was welcomed and treated well too. I stopped here for work on my way to Bismarck, North Dakota, and I'd definitely stay again.

There’s plenty of parking, even for big trucks, and a gas station across the way makes it easy to pick up snacks. The rooms are smoke-free, which I appreciate since I quit 14 years ago, and there are lots of movies and shows on TV. The staff and housekeepers are always friendly and ready to help. They make sure I’m looked after and make the place feel like home. The owners go above and beyond to keep guests comfortable. I’ve been a housekeeper since 2014, so I know how hard that work is. Thanks for everything you all do. I love this hotel and definitely recommend super 8.

A good middle-priced option. It isn't a dump like some cheap motels nearby, but it also isn't overpriced like a few others. The coffee is decent and the wifi works, which is about what I need. My room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The front desk staff were quick to help and had useful information about the area. They even had a map where you could light up local attractions.

Robert, thanks for helping me out early the next morning with a jump. It was so cold that my car seemed to have frozen up a bit, and the battery needed a boost. I really appreciate it. The hotel was clean, the bed and bathroom were clean, and it was dog friendly. I had my big chocolate Lab in bed with me. The staff knew the area well and were very hospitable. It was bitter cold outside, but I still went to check out the city. I had a great stay.
