The location worked really well for us, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were lovely. My husband and I stayed two nights, and we'd come back if we're in the area again.

After my car broke down at a nearby gas station, I needed a minute to collect myself. Ms. Hannah and Ms. Susan, at the Comfort Inn off the Prattville exit, let me use the restroom and handed me a key right away. They also brought me water and towels so I could clean up. They were professional and incredibly kind through the whole unexpected situation. Their thoughtfulness meant a lot in a world that can feel rushed and disconnected. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were roomy and very clean. It's a quiet spot just north of Montgomery, close to I-65 and plenty of restaurants. Rates were good, and breakfast was average. I'd definitely stay here again.

We didn't hear the interstate at all, and the refrigerator was so quiet too. The room was larger than I'd expected and very clean. Staff were really friendly and gave us useful information.

We needed somewhere quickly while traveling, and this place was easy to reach from the freeway with local food options nearby. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. I do have an issue with the $50 deposit, though. It's been five days and it still hasn't come back. I didn't smoke in the room or leave it dirty, so I don't know what's holding it up. If the big corporation needs my money more than I do, I get it, but taking it took a second and returning it seems to take four or five days or more.
