The New York loft theme is great, and the location is right downtown with good pubs and restaurants across the street. There are about half a story’s worth of steps to reach the top, so it may be tough for people who don’t do well with lots of stairs.

We love the privacy of the lofts, especially having our own kitchen and living area. Our favorites are the Kenyan, a corner unit with a queen bed, and the Madison, which faces the main downtown street. There are four themed units above the Verizon store, though one has no outdoor windows. You can walk to a couple of food and coffee shops, and Georgia College and State University is right next door. For keys, you go to their sister property, Antebellum Inn. It’s also very nice and close to the college, though not downtown. The only issue for us is the long flight of stairs up to the lofts, which may be a problem for some people.

Having a kitchen is nice, and the Lofts are in a great location. It can get a little loud downtown at night when the kids are partying.
